Electronic submission system
All manuscripts and supplementary files for “WSHIU Scientific Notebooks: Theory and Practice of Social Security” are submitted through the Open Journal Systems platform, also known as OJS. The entire editorial workflow is handled within OJS, including author editor communication, peer review, revision rounds, and final decisions.

Author and corresponding author responsibilities
By submitting a manuscript to the journal, authors confirm that they accept the terms of the public offer for article processing services published on the journal website. Each listed author shares responsibility for the integrity of the submission. For multi author manuscripts, one person must be designated as the Corresponding Author.
The Corresponding Author acts as the primary contact person for the journal and is responsible for communication during screening, peer review, revisions, copyediting, and publication, and also for responding to any post publication queries. Authors should keep their contact details and affiliation information updated in their OJS user profile.
Before submission
Before submitting, please ensure that your manuscript is complete, written in clear academic language, and free of major grammatical or spelling errors. The manuscript must comply with the journal policies and technical requirements published on the website, including the journal mission and scope, publication ethics standards, and formatting rules.
If your manuscript includes third party materials such as images, figures, tables, or datasets that are protected by copyright or licensing restrictions, it is the authors’ responsibility to obtain the necessary permissions and provide appropriate acknowledgements:

Authors may also use the journal MS Word template to speed up technical checks and support a smoother review process.
Authors remain fully responsible for the accuracy of facts, data, citations, and terminology, as well as for compliance with applicable laws and generally accepted academic and ethical standards. Submissions must not include defamatory statements, unlawful discrimination, hate speech, or aggressive language directed at individuals or groups based on protected characteristics.
