Editorial screening and decision

Organizing Committee review
 

All submissions are reviewed by the Conference Organizing Committee to verify compliance with the conference requirements. After receiving the thesis and the completed Author’s Form, the organizers check the language, formatting, structure, volume, and reference style, as well as the overall completeness of the submission. This initial editorial screening is intended to ensure consistency of the proceedings and to maintain high quality standards for published materials.

Timeline and outcomes

Standard review period

Up to 5 working days from the date of receipt of the submission.

 

Decision sent by email

Accepted
The submission is scheduled for publication in the electronic proceedings.

Minor revisions requested
Authors are asked to make small adjustments to meet the requirements.

Not considered
The submission cannot be processed due to non compliance with the rules.

Note Once the submission meets all requirements, it is placed in the publication queue for the electronic proceedings.
